PART 2: ESTIMATION AND PLANNING
Following the site visit, we’ll work on providing you with a formal or informal estimate based on our discussions and your project requirements.
Our formal estimates are detailed documents outlining the scope of work, stages of the project, and required specification. For more exploratory projects, we offer informal estimates delivered via email or messaging platforms.
At this stage, we may also provide 2D scale plans, 3D renderings, or collaborate with external designers to further refine your vision.
PART 3: FINALISING DETAILS AND BOOKING
Once the estimate is agreed upon, we’ll work with you to finalise any remaining details and material choices. This enables us to provide you with a final formal estimate.
Upon acceptance, a 10% mobilisation deposit secures your spot in our schedule. Please note that our timeline for starting projects typically ranges from 4 to 5 months due to various factors such as weather conditions and material availability.
Two weeks prior to the project start date, we’ll confirm the exact start date and collect a 40% upfront payment.
PART 4: PROJECT INITIATION
Now comes the exciting part – bringing your vision to life!
Our team will arrive on-site with the necessary equipment and materials to begin the transformation process. We take great care to protect your property during this phase, utilising plastic sheeting and ground protection mats as needed.
The initial stage involves clearing the area and marking out the planned layout, allowing you to visualise the final result before excavation begins.
PART 5: INSTALLATION AND PROGRESS MONITORING
As the project progresses, materials are brought in and installed according to the agreed-upon design. Our team ensures regular communication and quality checks to guarantee that the project aligns with your expectations. We also oversee any subcontractors involved in the project to maintain consistency and efficiency.
PART 6: PROJECT COMPLETION AND FINAL TOUCHES
The final part of our journey together involves the completion of the project to your satisfaction. We meticulously clean the site, removing any tools, machinery, or leftover materials.
If desired, we can provide final photos or even aerial footage of the completed project for your records. The final invoice, including any additional agreed-upon expenses, is sent at this stage. And rest assured, our commitment to your satisfaction doesn’t end here – we’re always available to address any post-project concerns promptly.
